I didn't expect that from a pharmacy but I liked it. The medication I went to look for was much cheaper here than in other pharmacies. When they deliver the medicine they show you that it is the correct brand and weight. One of the few sites that also show you the expiration date. It has a good assortment of brands such as avenne, centaphill and Neutrogena at a good price. Also note that when this branch does not have a medication, they check which other branch has it. They even write down the address of the other branches.

Very bad, they sold me a medicine, with all the correct specifications, but they omitted details when interpreting the prescription, they clarified the name, description and expiration date of the product, until then everything is fine, but when I arrived at the home and opened the packaging I realize that it is not what I requested. The next day I go to the establishment to see the situation and there is no solution since the box with the contents was opened and there are no returns or anything similar. Very bad for Guadalajara pharmacy, they should put themselves in our shoes, pay for the negligence of their associates

Disastrous staff attention yesterday, May 30, 2023, I went to this branch where the employees don't even answer you in good afternoon, it seems like they are in a bad mood, they serve you until they finish being in the gossip, it takes up to half an hour to give you an answer and to make matters worse they didn't have the medicine, I had to go today, May 31, 2023, to pick it up and the security guard wouldn't let me pass with my handbag, when handbags are allowed in anywhere, I then asked him to He brought me the medicine that I had already paid for yesterday and insisted that I had to leave the bag. I asked him to accompany me because he wasn't going to leave my bag, and he didn't want to. How come they treat customers like this if that's why they rent themselves to provide the service. Terrible attention and service
